Vietnam Motorbike Tours (VMT) is a dedicated tour company founded in 2007 by Australian international adventure rider and philanthropist, Jason Thatcher. VMT is family owned and operated by Jason and wife Trang, supported by the amazing VMT crew - Bao, TiTi, Pop, Lam, Bom, Nhien ,Renee and Liz.
VMT is a fully registered and licensed Australian/Vietnamese motorcycle tour company.
VMT HQ is located in the stunning coastal resort town of Nha Trang, just a 40 minute flight north of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Our Australian office is located in Melbourne, Victoria. Our UK office will open in 2023.

FOUNDER INFORMATION
VMT was founded in 2007 by Australian philanthropist & motorcycling adventurer, Jason Thatcher.
Jason is dedicated to offering the best quality touring across Vietnam whilst providing training and local employment opportunities. Part profits from tours go to charitable and social good programmes, helping the poor in rural villages, building and gifting homes, medical treatment, small business programmes, working across borders in Cambodia and more. Wildlife Anti trafficking. Vietnam Motorbike Tours also plays a big roll in working alongside, ENV Wildlife Anti-Trafficking Unit. Protecting rare and endangered wildlife and habitat throughout Vietnam.
Jason is always kept busy, balancing his time across borders with Motorcycling Tours and working in remote villages with building projects. These have included over 500 homes, two schools and medical, dental clinics, playgrounds and satellite schools. VMT's commitment will continually use part-profits from every tour to help those that need it most. In short, when you tour with us, every twist of the throttle is helping those in need.
